Scope of Service
The Biotronic NeuroNetwork is compromised of the following: NeuralWatch, LLC, Biotronic Great Lakes, LLC, Biotronic National, LLC, Biotronic Midwest, LLC, Biotronic Southeast, LLC, Biotronic West, LLC, NeuroMed, LLC, and Calder Development Associates, Inc.
Each one of the above entities has executed an operating agreement granting Biotronic NeuroNetwork authority to undertake the management of these entities. This management includes but is not limited to, credentialing, human resources, financial/billing operations, and day-to-day management functions.
Biotronic NeuroNetwork is one of the oldest, largest, and most respected providers of neurophysiological intraoperative monitoring services in the country. Currently, Biotronic’s has developed interactive relationships (contracts) with more than 400 hospitals and over 850 physicians/surgeons throughout the United States, and have over 175 neural monitoring technologist located throughout the country.
Staffing consists of Medical Doctor's and clinical neurophysiologist who have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD’s degree in the life sciences (neuroscience, biology, bio-engineering audiology, etc.). All clinical staff undergoes a rigorous training program, which includes structured classroom instruction, extensive supervised clinical experience and competencies.
Biotronic offers intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring services to protect neural structures during brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgery. By monitoring neural functions, complications can be detected early and action can be taken to reduce or eliminate permanent neural damage.
Technical neurophysiological monitoring services are performed onsite. Professional interpretation and supervision, or a combination of the two, are performed remotely.
