At Biotronic, we have over 110 neural monitoring technologists on staff. Our neural monitoring technologists are committed to the highest standards in monitoring services. Our unwavering commitment to quality patient care and exceptional customer service has fueled our remarkable growth. We are one of the leading neurophysiological monitoring companies in the United States. In fact, our team makes up 5 percent of all CNIM certified neurophysiologists in the nation.
Each technologist on our team is required to obtain certification in neurophysiological intraoperative monitoring (CNIM) within six months. CNIM is an external credential offered by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) to monitoring professionals that have demonstrated their competence in neurophysiological intraoperative monitoring. Our remarkable training program prepares each of our technologists to a degree that they are able to consistently demonstrate mastery of the field by successfully passing this examination. 98.5% of our 67candidates who have sat for this examination since 2004 have successfully passed the examination. Our staff's success results from them constantly receiving advanced training in the most up-to-date techniques. In addition to our formal professional development program, the combined volume of surgical monitoring Biotronic performs annually allows our staff to develop and refine their expertise.

Our clinical neurophysiologists must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in the life sciences (neuroscience, biology, bio-engineering, audiology, etc.) and also have some background in anatomy, physiology, and physics.
Biotronic has identified over 300 separate competencies that make up the field of neurophysiological monitoring. Our training program assures that each neural monitoring technologist masters these competencies in a structured and comprehensive program of academic instruction and clinical experience. No neural monitoring technologist is allowed to perform clinical activities for which they have not been credentialed.
Our leading training program consists of structured classroom instruction, extensive supervised clinical experience, and rigorous quality control for individuals entering the field. All knowledge concepts and clinical skills are then evaluated. This academic training allows each neural monitoring technologist to obtain CNIM within six months. We also offer advanced skill development as well as one-on-one and group discussion of cases for experienced clinical neurophysiologists. Our culture encourages your professional growth and provides tremendous opportunity to practice the latest intraoperative monitoring techniques.
Excellent career opportunities are now being offered to individuals seeking a position that will leverage their science degrees and training. We are looking for the brightest and the best to join our team and take pride in being part of a quality organization serving many of the country's finest surgeons and hospitals.
Due to tremendous and exciting growth for Biotronic, we are looking for experienced intraoperative neuromonitoring audiologists or clinicians to lead expanding IOM teams and markets in El Paso, TX and Fresno, CA.
